- Within one business day: your fixed feeA single number, a timeline, and the exact list of anything still missing. Fees stay fixed unless scope changes before we start.
- Optional: a 20-minute scoping callWalk through the build, the glossary, and the launch date. Skip it if the quote already says it all.
- Kickoff: half the fee, then we moveTranslator drafts, independent reviewer plays through your build, and you get files plus an updated termbase. Balance due on delivery.
